Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain paint guns.
• Identify and perform maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Organize and perform painting steps in sequence.
• Prepare surfaces for epoxy primer coats.
• Thin paints to proper viscosity for application and coverage.
• Adjust sprayers for desired finish and coverage; maintain equipment and booths.
• Learn fiberglass repairs, gel coat, resin application.
• Spray finish coats for fiberglass repairs.
• Identify and correct paint-related issues.
• Move within shop areas; meet deadlines, work long hours, and be creative.
• Maintain quality standards with zero defects.
• Operate a forklift.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs or 40-100 lbs with assistance.
