Doosan Bobcat is seeking a second-shift Paint Line Operator to set up and operate painting and drying units on the conveyor line, applying powder paint to parts and ensuring coat quality. The role requires following established procedures and performing duties safely with potential overtime on Fridays.

The position pays $21.00-$30.23 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential for second shift. High school diploma/equivalent is required, with 0–2 years of experience preferred.

• Must possess the ability to work under time pressure and rapidly for extended periods of time.

Sets up and operates painting and drying units along conveyor line to coat metal products with paint.

Second shift: 4:30pm-3:00am Mon-Thurs (potential for mandatory OT on Fridays)

Pay Scale: $21.00-$30.23 (+ $2.00 shift differential for second shift)

Role & Responsibility

Principal Responsibilities

• Applies paint powder to all parts that pass through the paint booth by using established methods and procedures, making sure that the quality of the paint is maintained.
• Performs preventative maintenance of paint booths to ensure continuous and consistent operation.
• Operates and maintains set parameters for cure oven.
• Keeps work area clean in order to maintain equipment and safety of area.
• Assists in reworking of parts.
• Completes ISO Checklists.
• Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Performs overtime work as required.
• Assists in the instruction and training of others as requested by supervisor.
