Job summary

Leer, Inc. is hiring a Painter in New Lisbon, WI for 2nd shift (1:00pm - 9:30pm). Responsibilities include prepping, painting, inspecting and maintaining units, and supporting assembly line operations.

• Must be able to operate washer and painting equipment
• Must have high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and be a self starter
• Must be able to wear all safety equipment including breathable air hood and half masks

Responsibilities

• Prep units, which includes washing units, drying seams, checking for/repairing dents, taping breakers, checking, and following paperwork
• Paint Units
• Change out paints
• Clean paint and wash equipment
• Repair damaged units
• Use proper technique using putty and fillers
• Perform Paint PMs as assigned
• Conduct Paint Inventory
• Must be willing to work schedule as assigned by supervisor or lead
• Work on front assembly line as required
• All other duties as assigned
