Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a skilled Painter 2 to maintain and enhance the property's appearance through high‑quality painting and touch‑up work across the building. This role responds to maintenance requests and emergencies while keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of painting or related engineering experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellentEnglish reading, writing and spoken skills. Trade school is a plus.

• Trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Paint throughout the entire building.
• Respond to management's maintenance requests promptly.
• Respond to emergency conditions such as fires, power failures.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a skilled Painter 2 to maintain and enhance the appearance of the property through high‑quality painting and touch‑up work across the building. This role is responsible for responding to maintenance requests and emergency situations while ensuring all work areas are kept clean, safe, and well‑organized. The ideal candidate brings prior experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

What You Will Do

• Handle all the painting through the entire building.
• Responds to any other items as assigned by management in a timely manner.
• Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
• Keep all areas of work space in a clean and safe environment.

What You Bring

• High school degree or equivalent experience.
• Two to three years previous experience working as a painter or in Engineering.
• Trade school preferred.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• The ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• The ability to have attention to detail in areas that need touch up work.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
