Performs patching, painting, drywall, wallpaper, and decorating maintenance functions to buildings and equipment within Carle facilities.

1. Assist in the coordination and execution of minor remodeling projects.
2. Patch, paint, and hang drywall.
3. Estimate painting projects.
4. Perform color matches and order materials.
5. Coordinate projects.
6. Complete paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Conduct daily rounds in assigned areas.
8. Maintain equipment in safe and efficient working condition.
9. Perform a variety of basic and routine maintenance tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
