Base pay range

$20.10/hr - $26.60/hr

Gemini is currently seeking a Painter to join our team in Cannon Falls, MN. This is a 1st shift position with hours during the day, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. The pay range is $20.10 - $26.60 per hour. Our ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, with openness and flexibility to assist in shipping and work around the plant.

A Day in the life of a Gemini Painter involves:

• Supporting shipping activities as directed, demonstrating learning and flexibility.
• Assembling letters or products to be painted and preparing supplies.
• Mixing paint accurately, matching paint chips or samples if needed.
• Masks parts prior to painting if required, removing masking after drying.
• Spraying products to meet customer and quality standards.
• Applying hardening agents as required.
• Placing painted parts in drying areas or ovens.
• Returning dried parts to the next production stage.
• Maintaining inventory of paint supplies and notifying supervisors for reorders.
• Ensuring equipment maintenance and process improvements.
• Completing production records, including waste and units produced.
• Striving for quality products and maintaining a tidy work environment.
