Job description

Pay:

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Shift:

Sunday - Thursday 6am - 3pm

Essential Functions:

• Experience with paint prep, brush, roller work, spray guns/airless, and all aspects of painting.
• Comfortable working on a ladder as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and follow directions from Supervisors and Managers.
• Lead Assistant painters and assign projects.
• Meet daily with Painter assistants to set priorities.
• Keep the job site neat and clean.
• Handle all job site requirements promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor.
• Follow the company uniform policy during working hours.
• Arrive on time, follow directions, and interact well with coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors and Managers.

Qualifications:

• Experience with painting tools such as brushes, rollers, buckets, pans, and spray guns.
• Maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and be alert to hazards.
• At least 3 years of exterior painting experience.
• Physical ability to bend, stretch, stand, and climb stairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
• Willingness and ability to travel to different job sites daily.
