Nouria is seeking a painting professional to join our field maintenance team across our Georgia footprint. The role focuses on high-quality surface preparation, drywall repair, and precise finishing to support our convenience store network.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of painting experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Expect travel in a company van and site-specific safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of painting experience in residential, commercial, or retail settings.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality workmanship.
• Proficient with brush, roller, and spray techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Repair drywall as needed.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings with rollers, brushes, and spray equipment.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards on-site.
• Travel to multiple store locations across Nouria's network as scheduled.
• Communicate with store managers and coordinators to minimize disruption to operations.
• Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Repair drywall as needed.

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site.
• Travel to multiple store locations across our network of convenience store locations throughout the local footprint of Nouria based on the maintenance schedule.
• Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to ensure minimal disruption to store operations.
• Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately.

Requirements

• 3+ years of painting experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments).
• Sharp eye for detail
• Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.
• Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation/ willingness to travel throughout our New England footprint
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus.
