Job summary

Nouria Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a painting professional with 3+ years of experience to deliver high-quality finishes across our store network.

You will prepare surfaces, repair drywall, and apply paint while traveling to multiple locations in the Nouria footprint; safety and detail are essential. We offer a competitive hourly wage and company-supported tools and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Repair drywall as needed.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site.
• Travel to multiple store locations across our network of convenience store locations throughout the local footprint of Nouria based on the maintenance schedule.
• Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to ensure minimal disruption to store operations.
• Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of painting experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments).
• Sharp eye for detail
• Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.
• Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation/ willingness to travel throughout our New England footprint
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Traveling in a company van Gas Card. Company-provided tools and equipment.
