Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation seeks a skilled painting professional to maintain and refresh store and facility interiors and exteriors across our New England network.

Responsibilities include surface prep, drywall repair, and applying coatings with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Travel to different locations and proper tool maintenance are required for quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years painting experience in residential, commercial, or retail environments.
• Sharp eye for detail and high-detail finish work.
• Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.
• Surface prep, drywall repair, and cutting in skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel within the footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Repair drywall as needed.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site.
• Travel to multiple store locations across our network of convenience store locations throughout the local footprint of Nouria based on the maintenance schedule.
• Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to ensure minimal disruption to store operations.
• Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately.

Requirements

• 3+ years of painting experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments).
• Sharp eye for detail.
• Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.
• Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation/ willingness to travel throughout our New England footprint.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus.

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
