• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
• Familiarity with a variety of painting techniques, tools, and materials, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and paint types.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as the role may require travel to various job sites.
