Job summary

Mark Kaufman Roofing is seeking an experienced painter to handle interior and exterior painting projects. Drywall repair is a plus, and candidates must possess a Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. The role requires organization and good communication with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Drywall repair is a plus.
• Must have a Florida driver's license and a clean 3-year driving record.
• Be organized and able to talk to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as assigned.
• Repair drywall when needed to prep surfaces.
• Communicate with homeowners about project status and expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area on site.
