Help Desk Technician
As a member of the IT Service and Support Operations team, this position will support over 800 employees by serving as the first point of contact for any technical issues. Issues can be submitted via tickets, phone calls, walk-in visitors, and job site visits, with support being provided through face to face interactions, over the phone, as well as remote access. In addition to providing technical assistance on IT-related issues, the Help Desk Technician will be responsible for computer hardware setup, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as basic network and server maintenance, as needed
