Position: Painter

Location: Montgomery County & Bucks County

Pay: $20-$27/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting tasks, including brushing, rolling, spraying and prep work.
• Collaborate with a team of 1-3 painters to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Adapt to and improve company processes, always seeking ways to enhance efficiency and the quality of our paint jobs.
• Maintain a conscientious approach with great attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Be open to new ideas and constructive criticism when the job warrants it
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 full year of professional painting experience at a painting company
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for transportation.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Basic knowledge of drywall and wood preparation and repair.
• Manual dexterity and balance for working on scaffolding and ladders.
• Experience with airless sprayers and masking is a plus.
