Job summary

Total Talent Resources and QFS is seeking an Industrial Painter for Elk Grove Village, IL. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring product quality on a 2nd shift from 2pm to 11pm. You will maintain equipment and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have prior painting experience, read and follow instructions, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. This hands-on position requires reliability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts and surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting materials.
• Apply paint, primer, and protective coatings using spray guns and other painting equipment.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards for appearance and coverage.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment and work area.
• Follow safety procedures, including proper handling of paints, chemicals, and PPE.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.
