Job summary

Air Distribution Limited in El Paso, TX is seeking production workers for painting operations. You will review pieces from the production area, apply color codes, follow work instructions, and ensure finished products meet quality standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, RCRA training, and be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, keeping guns, surfaces, and work areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must complete Certified Hazardous Waste Manifests (RCRA Training).

Responsibilities

• Review and hang the pieces received from the production area to send them to the painting process.
• Review and interpret paint color codes.
• Perform the operation according to work instructions, specifications, and/or visual aids that apply and for which it is required.
• Inspect the finished product to see if it needs touch-ups and paint with a special color.
• Enter orders to be sent to painting. Keeping the paint guns clean and air holes
• Prepare surfaces as needed for quality craftsmanship
• Changing the filters when needed
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow standard safety practices and regulations.
• Cross-training and knowledge share with peers.
• Knowing when the units need to be touch up
• Other duties as assigned
