Responsibilities

• Mix paints, enamels, and lacquers to specified colors, consistencies and viscosities for spraying and/or brushing.
• Prepare surfaces and apply coatings to various parts or products using standard methods.
• Paint for machine finish and appearance.
• Touch up marred surfaces.
• Provide for the operating maintenance of equipment.
• Properly store painting supplies.
• Detect faulty operation, defective material, and refer these and other situations to supervisor.
