Vonachen Group in East Peoria, IL is hiring for a Full-Time 2nd Shift role (3PM–11PM) with daily pay option. You will perform cleaning, maintenance, and light repairs, operating a sweeper, forklift, aerial lifts, and power tools.

The team emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer-focused service. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, reliable transportation, and ability to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Painting safety lines.
• Run a sweeper/scrubber to clean factory floors.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Operate industrial powered vehicles (e.g., golf carts or Gators).
• Operate aerial lifts to perform tasks above reach of a ladder.
• Operate pneumatic, battery powered and electric hand tools.
• Assist in building/equipment maintenance duties.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for listed equipment.
• Perform minor repairs to designated equipment to reduce downtime.
• Maintain a safe work environment following safety protocols.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Painting Safety Lines

• Safely operate a forklift
• Operate industrial powered vehicles (e.g., golf carts or Gators)
• Operate aerial lifts to perform tasks above safe reach of a ladder (e.g., scissor lift, articulating lift)
• Operate, pneumatic, battery powered and electric hand tools
• Assist in the performance of building/equipment maintenance duties (e.g., light-duty construction, fabrication, recycling, painting, filter changes, fabrication machinery support, and coolant services)
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for designated list of equipment (e.g., powered vehicles, power tools, hand-held tools/equipment
• Perform minor repairs to designated equipment to minimize downtime and repair costs
• Maintain a safe work environment following all required safety regulations and protocols
• Complete other duties as assigned
