Pay ranges from $18 to $19 per hour depending on skill and experience. A strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean, safe work area are essential.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Powder coat experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and mixing paint.
• Paint with correct color and thickness to meet quality standards.
• Powder coat paint/bake correct color and thickness to meet quality standards.
• Problem solving any issues that may arise.
• Painting steel racks with electrostatic spray guns.
• Provide strict attention to detail and quality to ensure racks are painted with correct color and thickness.
• Clean work area and 5S daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
