We are looking for a Painter to join our maintenance team at the Thompson Dallas!

As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various projects. Your duties will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a flawless finish. A solid understanding of tile and drywall repair is essential. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with all types of paints, stains, varnishes, lacquers, clear coats, and strippers.
• Experience with color matching, paint application, and surface preparation.
• Experience with drywall repairs, tile repairs (both floor and wall), and carpet.
• Proficiency with brush and roller selection, hand tools, spraying equipment, and some power tools.
• Experience with furniture repairs, light carpentry, and plexiglass is a plus.
• Ability to read and write fluently in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
