Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. in Charleston is seeking a Painter to join Lodge Alley Inn team. You will complete painting and wallpapering to ensure flawless finishes, and you will refinish doors, furniture, walls, ceilings, and external structures to uphold high standards.

The role requires safety discipline, inventory management, and collaboration with maintenance staff on special projects. Strong English communication and ladders up to 40 feet are required; a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Experience in painting, showcasing ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions.
  • Physical capability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet.
  • Strength to push/pull up to 100 lbs and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and perform tasks with dexterity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all painting and wallpapering tasks to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Refinish doors, furniture, walls, ceilings, and external structures to maintain extraordinary standards.
  • Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies, ensuring resources are available when needed.
  • Ensure the accurate functioning of all painting equipment and tools.

  • Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Other duties as required by your leader.
