Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Painter for its HMC division to prepare parts for paint, wash, tape, prime and spray in a ventilated booth. You will maintain safety standards while contributing to quality finishes on packaging machinery.

The role requires up to 40 hours per week in a modern, climate-controlled facility, with collaboration across fabrication and production teams and a focus on continuous improvement. On-the-job training is available.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s painting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent safety practices and mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to engage in multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and maintain good attendance.
• Must be able to work well in a team and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for painting, wash in wash tank and tape.
• Prime and paint using an air gun system in a ventilated paint booth.
• Perform sandblasting as needed.
• Apply Bondo and sand as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist fabrication and production teams as needed.

Prepare parts for painting, wash in wash tank and tape. Prime and paint using an air gun system in a ventilated paint booth. Perform sandblasting as needed. Apply Bondo and sand as required.
