Job summary

ProMach in the United States seeks a hands-on shop专业 to perform fabrication and assembly tasks. You'll operate saws, drill presses, and deburr parts, with knowledge of laser or water jet processes and blueprint interpretation. You should be able to obtain forklift and crane certification.

You will contribute to quality-focused production, machine maintenance, and timely completion of parts while collaborating with a team to drive efficient operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Capable of saw operation and deburring, drilling and tapping holes.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints with quality focus.
• Capable of laser or water jet knowledge, press brake operation, welding, machining and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Capable of the listed sheet metal fabrication processes and tooling selection.
• Operate saws, press brakes, weld, machine parts and assemble components.
• Maintain machine performance and ensure parts meet standards.
• Read blueprints and work with team to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Capable of the following processes:

• Saw operation.
• Sheet metal fabrication to include calculating bend allowances for cut size and hole location.
• Working knowledge of laser or water jet.
• Press brake operation with minimal supervision.
• Welding.
• Machining of parts.
• Assembly processes.
• Machine maintenance.
• Capable of reading and interpreting blue prints.
• Produce parts to meet BEC standards in an acceptable amount of time.
• Knows proper tooling for the job.
• Quality orientated.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
