Job summary

ProMach, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a hands-on machinist to support saw operation and sheet metal fabrication, with exposure to laser or water jet processes and blueprint interpretation.

You will perform drill press work, welding, and general machining while ensuring quality and efficiency. Forklift and crane certification are preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience operating saws and sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Safety minded with willingness to obtain forklift and crane certification.

Responsibilities

• Saw operation.
• Sheet metal fabrication to include calculating bend allowances for cut size and hole location.
• Working knowledge of laser or water jet.
• Press brake operation with minimal supervision.
• Welding.
• Machining of parts.
• Assembly processes.
• Machine maintenance.
• Capable of reading and interpreting blue prints.
• Produce parts to meet BEC standards in an acceptable amount of time.
• Knows proper tooling for the job.
• Quality orientated.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
