Responsibilities

Job Description

Perform necessary painting, finishing, and paper hanging on property interior and exterior surfaces.

1. Apply paint, varnish, stain, etc., to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and/or sprayers.
2. Prepare surfaces prior to finishing, including sanding, filling holes, and cleaning.
3. Maintain all painting supplies and equipment.
4. Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
5. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma preferred.
2. Three (3) years of paint and paperhanging experience preferred.
3. Must have dexterity for hand and finger tasks.
4. Ability to stand for extended periods.
5. Physical requirements include grasping, reaching, climbing, kneeling, bending, and twisting.
6. Knowledge of equipment and safety standards.
7. Familiarity with hand tools and painting equipment.
8. Ability to match paint and wallpaper colors.
9. Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses.
