Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Production Operator - Blender in Riverside, CA to conduct paint drawdowns, prepare and blend customer orders, and document work orders to meet specifications. Location is 1560 West Linden Street, Riverside, CA 92507 with a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include operating tinting and mixing equipment, adjusting shade and gloss, maintaining production records, and ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders, including blending, adjusting, filling, and labeling batches.
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
• Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure customers' quality and service expectations are met.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work environment clean and organized daily.
• Maintain production records and reporting as required.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
