The Paint Technician is responsible for operating manual and automated powder coating equipment to produce high-quality components that meet established finish, quality, and production requirements. This position prepares, coats, cures, inspects, and handles parts throughout the powder coating process while following work instructions, safety procedures, and 5S standards.
