Overview

Paint Processor (Contract Role) — Periodic workdays at North Baltimore, OH 45872. Duration: 12-month contract (with potential renewal).

About the Role

We’re seeking a Paint Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good math skills, and the ability to safely handle solvents and chemicals in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with solvents and paints to produce high-quality coatings
• Make viscosity, color, and resistivity adjustments as required
• Perform fineness of grind checks and other paint quality tests
• Track adjustments and inventory using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Assist with defect analysis and problem-solving alongside coworkers and supervisors
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete monthly safety training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with chemicals and solvents

Additional Information

Client provides all necessary PPE, including safety shoes, safety glasses, and other protective equipment.
