Job summary

CSP is a leading Tier One supplier specializing in lightweight composite components for transportation. CSP seeks a production supervisor to lead daily manpower, coverage, and on-the-job training while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and MS Office proficiency, with flexibility for off shifts and overtime as needed. Join a team focused on reliability, process improvement, and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management preferred.
• Three years of production supervisory experience.
• Must be open and available to work off shifts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Flexible Schedule and ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide preventative maintenance and safety knowledge.
