Qualifications

• Perform basic dimensional inspection and identify defects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molded components for prime/paint, including de-flashing and detailing.
• Notify supervisor of defects or major equipment malfunctions.

Job Description CSP is excited to hire motivated individuals looking to make a difference on our growing production team as Molding, Bonding and Finishing employees on all shifts! Your job responsibilities include:

• Producing parts by loading molding material into presses using methods defined in standardized work instructions.
• Starting machines, monitoring operations, and recording operational data.
• Performing detailed dimensional inspection of work product to identify potential defects.
• Preparing molded components for prime and paint operations including de-flashing and detailing to customer specifications through use of hand and/or power tools.
• Notifying Supervisor when defects exceed acceptable limits or when major equipment malfunctions occur.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with Company standards
