The Sherwin-Williams Company in Texas is seeking a Store Associate to help customers, answer questions, and recommend products that best fit their needs. You will promote excellent service and drive store sales while maintaining product knowledge and store standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing paints, and handling deliveries as needed. The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a meets expectations rating.
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
