Rodda-Miller Paint in Nampa, Idaho is hiring a Sales Associate / Delivery Driver to deliver a superior customer experience and actively participate in sales and store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers, providing product recommendations, and handling local deliveries in a company vehicle.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and pass required pre-employment background screens
• Valid driver’s license from resident state with acceptable DMV record
• High School diploma or GED; basic math; good communication
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance
• Retail store environment; able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, assessing needs and making project product recommendations
• Deliver an outstanding customer service experience by being knowledgeable on product applications and offerings
• Make local deliveries to jobsites and customers in Company vehicle
• Order processing, accurate tinting and shaking of paint, product, and pricing inquiries
• Inventory processes, receiving duties; putting away, rotating stock
• Participate in keeping the store organized, clean, tidy, and inviting
• All other store operational duties as assigned
• Operate equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks in a safe manner
• Demonstrate respectful and inclusive treatment of others with a positive attitude
