Rodda-Miller Paint Co. is hiring a Sales Associate in Salem, OR to deliver excellent customer service and drive product sales. You will assist customers, handle tinting and pricing inquiries, and participate in store operations with a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic mathematical skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass required pre-employment background screens.
• Present a valid driver's license from resident state with acceptable DMVR.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, assess needs and make product recommendations.
• Deliver excellent customer service with knowledge of product applications.
• Make local deliveries to jobsites and customers in company vehicle.
• Process orders, perform tinting, and handle pricing inquiries.
• Manage inventory, receive shipments, and stock shelves.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and inviting.
• Perform other store operations as needed.
• Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
