Rodda Paint Company in Skagit, WA is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to deliver a great customer experience and support product sales and store operations.

You will engage with customers, assess needs, and provide project-based product recommendations while handling deliveries and daily store duties. The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs and adherence to safety standards. Benefits include PTO, holidays, 401k, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and pass pre-employment background checks.
• Present and maintain a valid driver's license from resident state; DMVR acceptable.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE rules and store protocols.
• High School Diploma or GED; basic math skills; good communication.
• Punctual attendance required; flexible scheduling.
• Retail store environment with ability to stand and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, assess needs, and make product recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with product application knowledge.
• Make local deliveries to jobsites and customers using company vehicle.
• Process orders, tinting, shaking of paint, and handle pricing inquiries.
• Inventory management and receiving duties; stock rotation and organization.
• Maintain a tidy, inviting store; perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate equipment safely including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Demonstrate respectful, inclusive behavior aligned with Workplace Fairness.
