Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support retail and contractor customers with product recommendations, color matching, and order processing.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive sales while maintaining a clean, organized store. Starting pay is $11.00 per hour with typical store hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday; Sundays are closed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license; Category #4 preferred or may be obtained after hire.
• Must pass all background items and physical.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending products.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and orders.
• Mix, tint, and match paint according to customer specs.
• Process customer orders and payments in multiple channels (phone, in-person, online, email).
• Support sales initiatives and help achieve store goals.
• Load, drive, and deliver orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
