Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Chino, CA is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers in person and over the phone, and promote product solutions while meeting monthly sales goals.

You will handle stock, process transactions, tint and mix products, stock shelves, and help with deliveries and store displays, emphasizing accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock formulas.
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean and maintain store equipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries and may participate in deliveries.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
