Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores in Twin Falls, Idaho. You will work with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, answer questions, and recommend solutions while maintaining product quality and display standards.

Role involves handling sales transactions, assisting in deliveries, and staying informed about product features. A high school diploma or GED and strong customer service skills are required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service in a retail/sales environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Comfort working with retail software, process, and policies.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in more than one language, esp. Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
