Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring for a full-time delivery and customer service associate at Store #707422 in Alamosa, CO. You will serve wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and suggest suitable Sherwin-Williams products while delivering orders in company vans or trucks.

You will also handle sales transactions, tint and mix products per specs, and maintain vehicle readiness. The role requires driving, physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and weekend availability; bilingual

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams: must have meets expectations rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams: must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and drive customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by assessing needs and recommending products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Manage routes and deliver products safely and on time.
• Load, unload, and transport items from store to customer locations.
• Maintain store vehicle and schedule repairs as needed.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Prepare delivery-related reports and documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment (cars, trucks, forklifts).
