Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is hiring a Store Sales Associate in Fort Worth, TX. This role supports retail and contractor customers with product recommendations, color matching, and order processing.

The starting pay is $16/hour. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend hours in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and perform loading tasks.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Ability to use a computer for order processing and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and recommend products.
• Assist customers with product selection, color matching, and orders.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to customer specs.
• Learn Pittsburgh Paints Company brands, products, and processes.
• Process orders and payments through various channels.
• Support sales initiatives and store goals.
• Load, deliver, and unload customer orders with company vehicle.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support daily store operations and team priorities.
