Job summary

US Tech Force is seeking a Paint Shop Helper in the Green Bay area. The role involves inventory control, yard upkeep, and preparing products for blasting, priming or painting with careful attention to detail.

Experience in a paint shop is a big plus, with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour and a Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule. Responsibilities include safe loading/unloading of materials, wrapping for shipment, and maintaining safe, efficient storage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Previous paint shop experience a BIG PLUS.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and record raw material inventory in designated locations.
• Maintain orderly, safe storage and movement of materials in the yard.
• Prepare products for blast, prime or paint by blowing off debris, taping or plugging areas, transporting to the correct bay, and touching up missed areas.
• Load and unload materials and products safely to prevent damage or injury.
• Wrap or band products for shipment and prepare pallets for shipment.
