Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Store Associate for Store #7317 in Monroe, LA. You will help customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while maintaining store standards.

You will assist with sales, tinting and mixing, shelving, and deliveries. Availability for evenings and weekends is required, with emphasis on customer service and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and retrieve materials from shelves.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
