Job summary

The Norfolk Companies seeks a Paint Sales Associate in Mattapan, MA. You will assist homeowners and contractors with product selection, tint and mix paints, and keep the department welcoming and well-stocked.

This full-time position offers competitive pay, health, dental & vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and Benjamin Moore product training. Weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paint sales or paint department experience.
• Experience with paint mixing and tinting systems.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic MS Office.

Requirements

• 2+ years of paint sales or paint department experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
