Job summary

The Norfolk Companies in Mattapan, MA are seeking a Paint Sales Associate to join our full-time team. You will help homeowners and contractors select the right paint, mix and tint products, and build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.

We offer a stable, full-time role with competitive pay and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Store hours end by 6:00 PM, with no late nights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paint sales or paint department experience.
• Experience with paint mixing and tinting systems.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities
