Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a Paint Room Attendant for our Henrico, VA facility near Richmond. The role involves painting, printing, and auditing product quality to ensure compliance with specifications.

You will report to the Production Supervisor on the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:30am, M–F). Duties include color matching checks, serigraphy printing, documentation, and training new staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Able to read and comprehend moderately complex instructions.
• Ability to present information one-on-one and in small groups to employees and supervisors.
• Basic manufacturing line knowledge and participation in process.

Responsibilities

• Paint, print, and audit product quality for compliance with specifications.
• Check cleanliness of pH, water levels, and inks as part of the process.
• Verify color matching and perform serigraphy printing.
• Prepare print setting techniques and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate and train new personnel in the area.
• Communicate customer demands and coordinate with staff.
• Support incoming material and conduct metal printing as required.
