You will ensure correct dispersion, operate measurement equipment, and transfer batches to filling lines while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes precise color matching to customer specs, strict adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with shading and production teams.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to accurately match color specifications.
• Team environment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness.
• Ability to use company software and computer systems.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.
• Operate fill by weight machine, video jet, labeler, palletizer, case packer, depalletizer.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and environmental guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Follow batch formulations and incorporate approved materials for proper dispersion.
• Mix materials and perform quality checks for dispersion approval.
• Use electronic systems to control material additions and inventory.
• Transfer batches to scheduled tanks for thinning and color matching.
• Coordinate with other departments for proper transfer and packaging.
• Cross-train in other departments when required.
• Operate and maintain related equipment during shift.
