Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #728222 in San Ramon, CA. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, recommend products, and process transactions while upholding store standards and sales goals.

This full-time role requires at least 18 years old, legal authorization to work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Prior paint/retail experience is preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. and handle physical tasks.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous paint/retail experience preferred.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
