Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers at stores within a 25-mile radius of Store #703326 in Winston-Salem, NC. You will help customers choose products, process sales, and maintain displays while ensuring accurate transactions and friendly service.

Responsibilities include assisting in person and by phone, tinting and mixing products per customer specs, managing inventory, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English; Spanish proficiency is required.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
