Job summary

RESRG is seeking a Paint Rack Maintenance Technician for our Morehead, KY location. You will perform welding, fabrication and preventative maintenance on production racks, document findings, and assist with rack improvements to ensure safety and reliability.

You should have strong troubleshooting skills, read technical drawings, and be comfortable using Excel and BI tools to track performance. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical training, welding certification, or related maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance, fabrication, welding, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack maintenance activities and document findings.
• Inspect racks for wear, damage and quality concerns; follow standards and schedules.
• Weld, fabricate and repair rack components and modules as needed.
• Support engineering-driven rack improvement projects and assist with ergonomic and safety improvements.
• Monitor rack performance metrics and contribute to corrective actions.
