RESRG Automotive is seeking a Paint Production Operator in Morehead, KY to support paint production processes. This role involves safely loading and unloading paint racks, inspecting parts for defects, and maintaining a clean and organized work area in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Read, understand and follow work instructions, safety rules, quality standards and procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to complete simple production or quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify defects or process issues.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable to shifts and production needs.

Responsibilities

• Load parts onto paint racks safely and according to instructions.
• Unload painted parts without damage or contamination.
• Visually inspect painted parts for defects such as dirt, runs or color issues.
• Follow quality procedures, control plans and safety policies.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and accurate production records.
