Job summary

XPEL in Houston is seeking a Fixed Operations Supervisor to oversee our paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coating services at our retail center. You will manage vehicle logistics, material inventory, and equipment maintenance to ensure timely service and a seamless customer experience.

You will lead technicians, coordinate with the Service Coordinator and Store Manager, and assist in hiring and training while maintaining high quality standards and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years' experience in automotive industry, with a background in paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coating services.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software for inventory, scheduling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate PPF, window tint, and ceramic coating services to meet high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure vehicles are washed and prepared in a timely manner per schedule; manage workflow.
• Prepare materials and supplies; order and manage inventory for smooth operations.
• Oversee vehicle movement and logistics within the retail center.
• Monitor and maintain adequate levels of primary raw materials and consumables; coordinate supplier replenishments.
• Schedule and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Communicate with Service Coordinator and Store Manager to maintain project alignment and goals.
• Assist in hiring, training, and counseling of Technicians.
• Perform other duties to support retail center operations.
